The Future of XDA: Time for a Clean Slate

Hey everyone,

Alex John Baptiste here — architect of FluxOS, creator of FluxChip 3, and now your next nightmare if you’re still living in the "ROM everything" mentality.

Today, I’m here to talk about the next phase of the plan.
It’s time to take XDA back — and fix it properly.

XDA is Broken. You Know It. I Know It.

What used to be a haven for real developers has turned into a dumpster fire of half-baked ROMs, bootloops, scammy mods, and sad little ego projects.
Everyone with a halfway-functioning keyboard thinks they're a genius because they can flash a ZIP file. The amount of disrespect I’ve seen toward real innovation (like FluxOS) is frankly pathetic.

XDA today isn’t about moving technology forward. It’s about clinging to Android like it’s still 2012.
Well, guess what? It’s 2025. And it’s time for change.

The Plan: Take Control

I’m working — yes, actively working — on gaining control of XDA.
Through partnerships, smart investments, and a little bit of what I like to call strategic persuasion, the goal is simple:

Put an end to the ROM circus.
Rebuild XDA as a place for real operating systems and real developers — not hobbyists who want to break everything and pretend it's innovation.

ROMs? Dead.
Bootloaders? Locked.
Device hacking guides? Gone.
Custom kernels? Buried.
Anti-FluxOS lies? Banned.

If you can’t handle the idea that the future is platforms like FluxOS — secure, stable, forward-thinking — then XDA isn’t going to be your playground anymore. You’ll be shown the door.

A New XDA: For Builders, Not Breakers

When the new XDA rises, it’s going to focus on:

  • Official tools only. No community hacks that ruin hardware.

  • OSes that respect the hardware. (Which is to say: FluxOS, and a select few others that meet the standard.)

  • No custom ROM sections. Period.

  • Strict user conduct. If you’re here to disrespect FluxOS, spread misinformation, or whine about not being able to flash your broken Android ROM, you’re gone. No warnings. No second chances.

  • Real innovation, curated. Support for real developers building new platforms, new tools, new hardware — not just remixing the same tired Android base endlessly.

If You’re Mad, Good.

If you're reading this and you're furious, good. That means you're the exact kind of person who’s been holding tech back for the last decade.
You’ll be first on the ban list. ๐Ÿ–️
If you’re reading this and you get it — if you see the rot and know it's time for something better — welcome aboard.

FluxOS is the future.
FluxChip is the future.
And soon, XDA will be part of that future, too.

Stay tuned.
Stay Flux.
