I am NOT giving you the FluxOS kernel files!

Alright, let’s get something straight: I made the FluxChip 3, and I’m the only one responsible for the whole thing. From the design of the hardware to the creation of FluxOS, it’s all me—no big corporate team, no investors, no so-called "design teams" helping out. Just one person, Alex John Baptiste, making something that doesn’t suck. So if you’re one of the people who keeps demanding the kernel source for my phone, I have one thing to say: No.

FluxChip 3 is NOT Android, and It Never Will Be

Yes, FluxChip 3 runs on a slimmed-down version of Android. But, and I mean this with every ounce of my being: FluxOS is NOT Android. I didn’t create this phone to be some disposable, throwaway Android device. It’s mine, it’s FluxOS, and it works exactly how I want it to.

Let’s be clear here: I have no interest in supporting Android or the insane mess that it brings with it. I didn’t pour all of my time and energy into creating a phone that works beautifully just so that people could try to stuff it full of bloated, outdated Android ROMs. I don’t care about your custom ROMs, your modifications, or any of your misguided attempts to "improve" FluxOS. You know what you’ll end up with if you try? A buggy, unreliable phone that doesn't do what I intended it to do. Why would I let that happen?

I Don’t Want Android, and I Don’t Want You Tinkering with My Work

I get it—you want to “improve” the phone, make it more customizable, root it, add custom ROMs, whatever. I don’t care. That’s not what I made FluxChip 3 for. I built FluxOS and FluxChip 3 to work together in perfect harmony, designed for those who get it. Not for Android die-hards who are stuck in a sea of outdated, overcomplicated code and who think they can fix it by slapping a new version of Android on it.

If you want to play around with Android’s mess, I’m not stopping you—but don’t even think about doing it to MY phone. The FluxChip 3 is meant to work my way, and that’s how it’s going to stay. If you’re too stuck in the “custom ROM” mentality to understand that, maybe it’s time for you to move on.

So You Want to "Pull My Platform"? Sure, Try It.

Look, I’m a one-man show here. There’s no legal team, no massive corporate backing—just me and my vision. And if you think you can just take my device and “rip” it apart for your own use, well, go ahead and try. I don’t have lawyers at my disposal, but I’ll make it very clear that I’m not ok with that. The FluxChip 3 is my work. If you want to mess around with it, you better understand the risks. I’m not sitting back while you turn my creation into some Frankenstein Android project. You want to "pull" FluxOS out from under me and shove Android back in? Good luck. You’ll be wasting your time, trust me.

I’m Talking to You, Puddingfan

Yeah, I’m looking at you, Puddingfan. I see what you’re trying to do: turn my beautiful FluxChip 3 into another "Android-compatible" device. Your little corner of the internet may love modding and custom ROMs, but I don’t. I made this device to be exactly what it is—nothing more, nothing less. And I certainly don’t need you or anyone else screwing that up.

I’ll say it once more, for the people in the back: FluxChip 3 is a phone built on FluxOS, not Android. It’s a device with purpose. If you’re not into that, there are plenty of other phones that you can play with.

Oh, and By the Way, I’m Working on Something Bigger

Before you start dreaming about some "custom ROM" revolution, let me throw this in: I’m working on getting Microsoft to work with me on future projects. That’s right. I’m hoping to bring a true partnership to the table and take things even further. Maybe something like FluxOS running natively on Windows devices? Now that’s an idea.

But don’t worry, if you think that means I’m changing FluxChip 3 into an Android machine, you’re wrong. It means I’m going to keep pushing forward—away from Android, away from all the old ways of thinking, into something much better. Something that actually works. Something that doesn’t make you feel like you’re just stuck with the status quo.

So, to all the people who want the kernel, or want to modify the hell out of FluxChip 3: Stop asking. I made this phone because I wanted it to be a specific experience, and I’m not about to let you tear it apart just because you’re nostalgic for Android or obsessed with “customization.”

It’s mine. Deal with it.
